I'm a software engineering leader living in New Jersey with my wife Jenn, our son Owen, and our cat Elsie. I used to play guitar in an hard core/emo band and bass in a punk band.

I did a podcast for Log Rocket on engineering leadership. I also wrote a short blog post on building a culture of ownership.
